I haven't bought, so I wanna ask - Is It Possible to go Beyond Level 99

be default, is it possible?


If not, so as to simulate level cap breakthrugh, is it then possible to make rebirth system? Like Ragnarok Online 1, where you get to rebirth your character after reaching max level, and start over with greater starting points and skills ahead?

You set the min/max limit yourself, and it is only limited by the max value the engine can handle, which I believe is about 999999999.
 
To elaborate. You set the Statistics yourself, based on a available stat category, Core, Rank, Growth, Store, Calculated.

Core is a basic stat, such as Strength.
Rank is a Level Stat.
Growth experience.
Store is Health/Mana
Calculated is a "Core" Stat, but its Value is based on a Formula, and is can't be directly set. So say it is set to "str + dex * 2", so your Calculated Stat is based on your Str and Dex Stat.

You Name the Stat yourself, name its Formula Name (str, dex etc).
Then set its Minimum and Maximum Value the Stat. So you can set the Max Rank to be 150.
You could set your Health Stat to be Minimum 1, making it so your HP will never go to 0. (Not recommended, but people have set it like that accidentally.)
