My name is Tazy, often using the handle Glass Turtle for my social media and my works, and I am a self-taught artist! I've been playing video games ever since I was a kid and have always been drawn to making my own some day.
To break the ice, some of my favorite games are: Koudelka, Oblivion, R-Type, Sonic The Hedgehog, Crisis Core, Final Fantasy XIV, Breath of Fire IV, The Sims, Warframe
... Actually it's a really big list if I think about it, but there's some in no particular order (though Koudelka is definitely #1 for me)
I am very fresh in the game dev world with little to no coding experience, which is why I magneted to RPGA. I tried a couple RPGMs but having to search for and rely on plug-ins after plug-ins, I knew I needed to look elsewhere, and RPGA was where I landed!
I had some previous experience with creating video game art and functioning UIs when my husband and I took part in a game jam last year (and the year before but the game from that jam was less complete). It was a lot of fun and I wanted to make more, and hopefully we will continue with the game we submitted for that game jam in the future.
As of now, I am working on a solo passion project using RPGA. Still untitled, but its purpose is to be a chill and casual game with elements of gathering, questing, and rebuilding... Oh and you play as a cute little shark!
Putting a disclaimer here that I tend to MIA often in online spaces for months, but I'll still be around in the background if not visibly active! I tend to "turtle" often (hence my handle >.>)
Nice to meet you all, and let's all make some great games!
